HH 82290 COST CONTROL ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE

 COST CONTROL ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE:

You will assist the Cost Controller in maintaining the food and beverage costing system, implementing control procedures to achieve cost margin targets and optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

1. manage and control operating equipment & beverage inventory
2. maintain stock system in terms of adding new products and updating recipes for new and existing food and beverage items
3. provide costing support for corporate functions and events
4. coordinate with the warehouse supervisor for inter-department transfer

      

Requirements

•1.      Min 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from F&B industry

•2.      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•3.      Proficiency in inventory control system, preferably in CHECK EAM and Microsoft Office Applications such as Word and Excel

Working hours : 5 days
