 HR & Admin Assistant.

Job Scope:

Provide support to the HR & Coporate Support Manager and the Managing

Director in all aspects of work.  Take charge in the administration of staff

training and training record.  Responsibile for the business travels and its

related travel requirement of executives.

Requirement:

Diploma in area of Personnel / Administration preferred or other equivalent

Must be willing to undertake multi discipline tasks to support Management

and the general work of the HR Department.

Prefer candidates who are keen in learning, self motivating and with lots of

initiative.  Investment in training will be provided

Pleasant personality, ability to communicate clearly, clear understanding of

context, interpret and translate to action.

Confidentiality is important.

Prepared to groom a willing candidate with little experience.

Salary : Subject to Exp and qualifications

Working location @ Ayer Rajah

Working hours : 5 days
