 ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER

Responsible for the proper maintenance of the physical plant,

engineering facilities, interior & exterior of the entire Hotel.

Directs the engineering policies in accordance with the standards laid

down.

Directly supervises the technicians.

Establish and supervises the Preventive Maintenance Program.

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a Hotel.

HH 82133 IT TECHNICIAN

 Qualifications/Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Computer Engineering / IT related areas
• Strong technical knowledge of solving hardware and software problems
• Good interpersonal skill to interact with end users and IT team
• Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/Software/System or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming call enquiries
• IT Support to user on notebook/desktop/printer issue
• Support users on software application (Office application/in house application)
• Perform end user support in hardware, software implementation and assets tracking
• Maintenance of PC hardware and equipment
• Provide back-end operations support as assigned by System Engineer
• Documentation of FAQ and user guides
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Required skill(s) : Microsoft Windows, PC Hardware, Network

Basic Salary Range : $1100 to $1500

Working Hours : Mon-Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
