COST CONTROL ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE:
You will assist the Cost Controller in maintaining the food and beverage costing system, implementing control procedures to achieve cost margin targets and optimal inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
- manage and control operating equipment & beverage inventory
